Plush beds or Sleep EZ for 13inch mattress

Getting to the finish line. Debating between Plush Beds King 12" organic latex mattress or Sleep EZ organic 13" mattress. Plush beds will set up for $249, not sure about Sleep EZ. We are seniors in our 70s and will not be able to assemble.

Anyone have experience with these companies.?

I have a SleepEZ organic latex mattress, no complaints. Their customer service is superlative. The setup service is $199: https://sleepez.com/pages/shipping/

Hi Helpmesleep2022.

Both are great options, but we’re partial to Sleep EZ as a Trusted Member on our site whose product we have personally vetted and can vouch for.

Burpleson, thank you for finding the information about their setup service!

I had the 12" plush bed king organic latex mattress with four layers of talaylay (3" ILD 36/3" ILD 28/ 3" ILD 14/2" ILD 14 (comfort adjustment). It felt great to sleep on it at first, but it didn’t last. I purchased it in June 2018, by 2022 it was sagging so badly where we slept that I contacted Plushbeds and sent them photos. They responded that since it was not more than 1.5" of sag that it was considered “normal” and did nothing about it. We felt like we were sleeping in a ditch and would have neck pain, numb hands, and back pain. I don’t know if this a normal thing with latex mattresses, but “20 year guarantees” are worthless–don’t believe them. That is why I am trying a DIY and using foam from other vendors. It has been a frustrating experience but from what I read most mattresses fail quickly now and don’t back up their guarantee. It really stinks to spend thousands on a mattress and have it become uncomfortable in less than five years.

1.5 inches seems severe for latex. What a stupid company.
