Do you have any information (positive or negative) you could share about PlushBeds? I have been researching this latex mattress issue like crazy!
Hi maryrjones,
You can see some comments about Plushbeds in post #2 here and a forum search on Plushbeds (you can just click the link) will bring up much more information and comments/feedback about them as well.

All I can say is look at the attached photo. Picture was taken only 1 year of sleeping on the bed. I called customer service and they had me provide all kinds of photos then said I didn’t take them correctly. Then they wanted me to take the bed apart (a second time) to display each section. I just gave up…I figured they would just continue to ask me to do ridiculous things to show the slump in the two mattresses, so I just didn’t bother to follow up further. For whatever reason, the mattress(es) or bed (bought through PlushBeds) is not supportive enough for either my wife or myself. I weigh 160lbs and my wife under 120lbs. Go figure!!!

Hi Socratic.
Welcome to our Mattress Forum!
Sorry to hear about your experience with Plush Beds. It would be useful to see the photos that “show the slump”. For some reason, your previous photos don’t seem to show up.
Can you try to upload the photos as attachments and then click the “Insert All” button to see if that works?

Hi Socratic.
Thanks for the photo. Yes as far as I can see from the photo you uploaded is not very clear how deep the impressions are which is probably why they asked for so many details and photos. Each manufacturer has a stated policy as far as what impression depth is acceptable and would qualify for a return.
While sagging should be unlikely with only one year of use it’s probably worth measuring the visible impressions(sagging) depth and pursuing the warranty. A good method that others found useful is to place the mattress on the floor and then either run a string diagonally from edge to edge or use a straight edge (such as a broom handle) across the mattress and then measure the depth of the sag from the bottom to the straight edge or string and ask your wife to take a photo. A one-year-old mattress should not have much sagging and remember that “comfort” is not something that is covered under a warranty, but excessive sagging is.
