We purchased a mattress from Latex For Less. It has a firm side and a medium side. We sleep on the firm side.
We both have normal BMI ratings.
The bed is fully supported. In addition to the platforms we also put 3/4” plywood between the mattress and the supportive platforms.
We are elderly. Both my husband and I have arthritis and back problems.
The mattress has three large areas that have sunk, making the mattress highly uncomfortable.
The company refused to help us with this situation. They said we were past the three month return window. The mattress was fine for the first three months.
We will need to purchase another mattress. Our last latex mattress was from Ikea, and it lasted over 11 years. That old mattress was in better condition after 11 years than the Latex For Less mattress lasted for over 11 years.
Please don’t purchase from Latex For Less. This company does not stand by their products.
