Thanks to all the info here at Sleep Underground, I decided to contact SleepEZ about a latex mattress. What a positive experience! My calls were always returned promptly and with great customer service… Shawn guided me to the perfect layering for comfort, which was slightly different than what I would have selected on my own.
The mattress parts and foundation arrived quickly. I am a 65 year old woman and was able to put together the foundation and the mattress myself using the great instructional videos on the SleepEZ site. Having the mattress in layers made the pieces much easier to handle than one solid piece would have been.
Since I’m allergic to wool, I ordered the stretch cotton cover for the mattress and the same kind of cover came with the foundation. These covers are exceptionally well made as are the latex layers and the foundation itself.
There was also a special running where I received a cotton sheet set and two latex pillows. The sheets are a beautiful cream-colored cotton and exactly what I would have ordered for myself. The pillows are even more comfortable than the two latex pillows I already had!
I can’t be more delighted with the whole experience and the products, and encourage folks looking for a latex mattress to consider SleepEZ. They were also less expensive than some other companies, and mentioning Sleep Underground gets you a 5% discount!
