First off I would like to say the information on this site is fantastic. I have learned a ton. I wanted to post today because I had a really great experience with Quality Sleep Shop in La Grange IL, I had been looking for mattresses when I found this site and searched for retailers near me. I work in La Grange so it was a short trip over during lunch to check them out. Tim was awesome. Me and my wife and young daughter went in today to look at some mattresses. We tried out a bunch, Tim was very helpful. My wife and I like a little more of a plush feel, all the mattress we tried were a little more on the firm side. Tim was very open and honest, even saying maybe he wasn’t the right guy for us. That is a level of honesty I haven’t really experienced in the sales world. We finally laid on the Emily, it was very nice but still a little firmer then we were looking for. He told us that He doesn’t make his beds to plush because beds just keep getting softer over time and will wear down faster. This is when Tim made a even better impression. He told me and my wife" I’ll tell you what. Let me make you a Emily a little softer. It takes two days and you can comeback and try it. If you don’t like it, You have no obligation to buy." This blew me away. What other company would go to this level to please a potential customer. I am excited to go back in a couple days to tryout the mattress. Even if for some reason it doesn’t workout for me. I will refer ever person I know that is looking for a mattress to this amazing company.
