I’m not sure if you are looking at buying both the mattress and the box spring from Jamison or just the box spring (or most likely a foundation because box springs are not commonly used any longer). Either way it would certainly be possible although you would be much better off adding more options so you have choices outside of a single manufacturer. Since most guest room mattresses are used much less frequently … you will be “safe” with using slightly lower quality and less durable (and less costly) materials than would be a good idea for an “every night” mattresses. A firmer mattress with a separate topper can also be a good idea because your guests can have a choice between a firmer or softer mattress to sleep on depending on their preferences.
