I need some advice for the best ild for each layer of a dunlop latex mattress to support a 6’, 300 lb man and I am 5’9" and 160 lb.

The most reliable way to decide on the specifics of a mattress that would be best for the two of you would either be with your own personal testing (using the testing guidelines in the tutorial post) or a more detailed conversation with an online manufacturer or retailer you are considering. They will have the most knowledge and experience about which of their mattresses or options would be the best “match” for you in terms of PPP (see mattress firmness/comfort levels in post #2 here).
The tutorial post also has a link to a list of the manufacturers that are members of the site and sell mattresses online and there are many options there for a wide range of latex mattresses.
