Have shopped Tempurpedic and like the Cloud Supreme. Can you suggest a similar quality, but lower priced mattress either online or a mgf. in Dallas area? Have looked at 1 online retailer whose memory foam mattresses come in a roll. Can a good quality mattress be rolled up? Appreciate any guidance.

Just in case you haven’t read it … post #1 here has the basic information, steps, and guidelines that can help you make the best possible choices.
The better options and possibilities I’m aware of in the Dallas area are listed in post #4 here. You will need to call and talk with them though about which of their mattresses may approximate the Cloud Supreme in terms of quality of materials and feel.
Some of the better online memory foam manufacturers and retailers I’m aware of are listed in post #12 here. Some of these have mattresses that match the “feel” (which is subjective), the material quality, or the design of some of the Tempurpedic mattresses (including the Cloud Supreme) and in some cases they approximate or match all three.
There is no problem roll packing (compressed and rolled) a good quality memory foam mattress for shipping. Keeping it compressed for weeks or months though in transit or storage can affect durability.
