I was really hoping to blow you out of the water with some great recommendations but after going down the Vegas mattress rabbithole…yikes
The Mattress Plug looks interesting, but the quality of the beds they carry seems iffy. We do have this article on how to pick a good retailer.
Are you wanting an in-person showroom for testing? Or are you open to a bed-in-a-box situation?

Thanks for your response! Yes, sure is terrible here. I think we’re open to a bed in a box. I don’t think we’re extremely picky…and we both are completely different with how we sleep so I don’t think a mattress will be perfect for both of us
