Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. I am very sorry to hear about your experience with Naturelle Sleep. Itās too bad that you didnāt find us before making the purchase. 
Naturelle is connected with Natureās Sleep in Canada and they have been discussed several times on our forum and not in a positive light. A few years ago I placed a warning for those interested in their beds and as you can see in this post here ) I donāt consider them to be a reliable or ethical supplier and I would put them in the category of ābuyer bewareā!!!

Hopefully, your post will inform others and add a deeper perspective to the mattress shopping process in general.
