Hi all! I bought an all latex mattress from San Diego Mattress Makers today and WOW, what an amazing experience. I normally dread mattress shopping, but Ken made it so stress free and actually enjoyable! Seriously could not say enough good things.
I went in thinking I would buy the medium Coronado to place on top of a Thuma classic bed frame I was going to buy, but ended up purchasing the medium soft Presidio with the Rize adjustable base. I never in my life thought I would buy an adjustable base, but it really helped take the pressure off of my low back, so I’m going to try it out! Now I’m thinking there is no point spending a premium on the Thuma frame since I don’t need the support. The frame would be more for looks at this point.. does anyone have any recs for a natural wood colored frame that would work well with an adjustable base?
Also, does anyone have any experience with the Rize adjustable base? Any tips on how to best use the features for someone with chronic back pain/scoliosis/herniated disc in low back?
