I hate shopping for mattresses because I’m always afraid of getting stuck with a bad deal, but Saatva works very hard on customer satisfaction and you need not have any qualms about dealing with them.

As I and another member mentioned in our replies to your comments in the Saatva topic here it would be helpful if you could provide more specifics about your experience and the outcome of the issues you were having with your Saatva mattress.
While Saatva probably wouldn’t be the “best value” choice for most of the members here because of the type and quality of the materials they use (see post #2 here in the simplified choice mattress topic) … it’s good to hear that at least you are happy with the service they provided to you.
