My husband and I are 5 years into our Saatva journey and to be honest- we’re actually really impressed. The journey starts in 2020 when we bought the King size classic firm (14.5”), mattress topper for fun to try, sheet sets AND pillows. Mattress topper ended up being surplus and we gave it to the in-laws. Mattress, sheets and pillows are still going strong 5 years later with absolutely no complaints. No mattress sagging, no loss of pillow fluffiness, and the sheets are only softer (weekly washes). Caveat is we moved in 2021 and noticed some sagging in the middle of the mattress after BUT it was still under warranty with Saatva and they came out 5 days later to white glove replace the mattress- no hassle or questions asked. Felt like a fever dream to have no customer service fight for a replacement. We’ve since left that set up in our rental townhome, and moved cities again. We bought the EXACT same set up (that speaks volumes IMHO) and have loved it all the same. Second caveat- when the mattress was delivered to our new house something felt a little off. Springier? Hard to put into words. We let Saatva customer service know and again within 5 days we had a mattress exchanged with white glove service and this one is again perfect! This mattress isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for with the service, and warranty. I’d recommend it to anyone 10 times out of 10. Happy to answer any specific questions if you have them.

I enjoyed your post, because I too am a happy Saatva customer. Last summer I purchased a Classic Firm because I thought it would be a good transition from my 13 yr old Beauty Rest Firm. I have moderate to severe spinal stenosis with leg pain and hadn’t slept well in a good while.
Well, it was quite a bit softer than what I expected, so I arranged an exchange for their Latex Hybrid. The feel was very different, in a good way, so I still have it, but am looking into a topper to increase the firmness.
I went with Saatva initially because of their great customer service and the fact that the mattress did not come in a box, was delivered for free and they removed my old mattress and springs at no charge. They also have a 365 day trial period, so I knew I could exchange if needed.
Ideally, I would have preferred to try out the mattress in a showroom before ordering, but that is not always possible and this company provides a good option.

I am a 70-something single female with many days of limited mobility, so I chose the path best for me. I did visit several local mattress stores without finding a solution. I am very happy to have come across TMU and have spent time on the site researching latex and more recently pillows - all in search of a good pain-free nights sleep!
