Still in search of a latex mattress and only just read about all the great experiences with Flexus. I also read about the sales that they had both in April & May, just wondering what was offered at the sale (% off?) because it sounds like they have the sale quite often and I may wait for the next one.
I can also get the latex foam (all dunlop) locally for slightly more but I really like the sounds of their mattress cover. I actually emailed and asked if they would sell the mattress cover by itself and waiting to hear back.
I also missed the sale at Flexus–by a couple of days! He told me he would give me the 5% Mattress Underground discount. I think most mattress companies have sales at the same time–I think the next one might not be until February, but I didn’t ask him because I’m tired of putting this off. Call Henry and ask him. He’s a very nice guy like everybody says, and he will probably tell you when he has regular sales. I think industry-wide somebody told me sales are in February and then again leading up to Memorial Day weekend. Good luck!
The discount is always available to the members here unless a manufacturer has an occasional sale that is larger than the discount in which case they normally can’t be “stacked” but sales are typically not that common with smaller factory direct manufacturers that normally offer great value every day of the year.
Having said that their site currently lists sale prices that are “up to $250 off” up to June 21st while on May 17th they were offering two free pillows and a free mattress protector but had their “regular” prices.
