I can’t find the Savvy Rest exchange and return policy on their website and forgot to ask in the showroom when I went to the Clean Bedroom today. I see that there is something mentioned in the testimonials about exchanges but nothing about costs/ease thereof. I have read on this forum extensively about Sleep EZ’s great customer service and exchange and returns. Does anyone know what it is? Also, is there an ability to do white glove set up from Sleep EZ? I know you can from the Clean Bedroom. It is worth the price to me to have someone set it all up.

I’ve never asked them this but they could certainly tell you if you called them. I’m not so sure that white glove delivery wouldbe prepared for putting together a DIY latex mattress though … not because it’s so difficult but because it needs some care in handling the latex and they may not be familiar with how to put it together.
