A forum search on Scandinavian and on Maymattress (you can just click these) will bring up more information and comments about them.
With a local purchase … outside of careful and objective testing using the testing guidelines in the tutorial post … the most important part of a mattress purchase is making sure you know the type and quality of the materials inside it so you can identify any possible weak links in the mattress and make more meaningful comparisons to other mattresses. The information you would need is in this article and they should be able to provide it to you.
If you can list the layers and materials in any of their mattresses you are considering on the forum I’d be happy to make some comments about the quality of the materials or the mattress in general.
