If you need anything custom sewn, such as uniquely shaped pillows or upholstery work or pet supplies, we have a custom sewing room that we are happy to share. Every retail customer’s order is already sewn per order and they ask us for a lot of custom work, so we are used to working with prototypes and making new patterns. Contact us directly for more info.

You do not mention any more specific requirements for your mattress but the first place I would look is on our member list, which I filtered to show hyrbrid / innerspring mattress members.
Many of the online companies in the USA also ship to Canada. But start your research here and talk to some of the ones that are listed on the page linked above. On top of my head Ghostbed, Luma Sleep, and Nest Bedding ship to Canada.
