Sedona still in business?

I tried ordering today, got a shipping error. Then tried calling and the phone number is no longer in service. Did they go out of business?

I’m not aware. I make a few inquiries this evening, so I’ll see if anything turns up tomorrow. I’ll be interested to learn if you find out anything else.

I did get a chance to speak with Sedona Sleep and they are indeed in business and shipping product. On the weekends and after 10 pm their number ports to a different answering service. Apparently they are having an issue right now with reconfiguring their online “click and order” system. I made them aware of your concerns and they stated to simply email them from their web site with your questions or order you wish to place and they will follow up with you on Monday.

You might pass to them they might want to fix or change the way it works. I went with dreamfoam instead. It sure looked bad, recently opened company, couldn’t order online, then the phone didn’t work. I had researched them a few months back, finally got the money set aside and had some really tough time sleeping recently, I was ready. If I am not happy I will consider them next time. Thanks for your help and all the information here.

Yes, I did speak with them and made them aware of your comments. Their phone number is working fine now (I’m not sure why it didn’t for you :frowning: ) and I’m told they had a glitch with orders entered for Wisconsin, which they said they had addressed, but they also told me they would be looking into their order system first thing Monday morning when they are in the office.

I’m sorry you weren’t able to make a purchase from them, but I’m glad you were able to find something else. As you’re aware, Dreamfoam is a member of this site, which mean that I think highly of them and that I feel they compete with the best in the industry.

Congratulations on your new mattress! :cheer: I’ll be interested in knowing what you think of it after you’ve had some time to sleep upon it.
