Seeking Equivalent of and/or name of 2012 Sealy Mattress for joint pain

Hello, I have a 2012 Sealy mattress with SN 370904122375 , model 546973 , and additional tag text that says 546973 King 3312 0025 PGC# H433 .

I have a lot of joint pain and have been sleeping on a passed-down mattress for years. It is one of the only beds I have slept on that doesn’t hurt my joints in the middle of the night. It is starting to collapse in, and I want to buy as close to the same mattress as possible, but Sealy can’t identify the model since it is ‘too old’. Can anyone help me figure out what it was so I can get a new version? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!

The tag also says 86% polyurethane foam , 75 polyethylene foam, 6% blended rayon/polyester fiber batting , and 1 % polypropylene foam.

Ill just say that if you’re able to accurately describe how the bed feels from the top down, many mattresses are built very similarly these days. You’d be amazed how good of a bed you can have with a focused outlook. I was the same way, just sleeping on what there was to sleep on. The beds i have now after actually learning about beds man they feel incredible.

Hey seekingoldmattress.

It is always sad when a solid bed is discontinued.

It can also be next to impossible to approximate the feel of a beloved bed, so what we recommend instead is to find something that works for you now - your specific support and comfort needs, even if it looks different from the bed you previously used.

Mattresses with PGC# H433 from this era were part of the Sealy Posturepedic Gel Series or the Titanium Series. I’m surprised Sealy couldn’t tell you that.

If you’re dead set on a comparable model from Sealy, the Sealy Posturepedic Plus series mattresses are the direct evolution of the high-end gel innerspring builds from that era, maintaining the same focus on reinforced center support and cooling materials.

But, if you’re open to non-Sealy options as well, we’re here to help.
