I’ve bought several Sherwood mattresses after learning about the brand here. They’ve been pretty great, firm but not painful, and they hold up well. I’m looking to purchase another mattress now, and learned that Sherwood was bought by Sealy in 2020. I don’t see nearly the same selection of firm mattresses on the Sherwood website. Has Sherwood become just another Big S now? Are the mattresses still made well? Sherwood was the only decent mattress brand I could find in New Mexico that isn’t exorbitantly expensive. If they’ve become junk too, not sure where to get a good mattress. Thank you!

It’s hard to know for sure if/how Sherwood has been compromised after being acquired by Sealy. Would you happen to have any mattress specifications on hand so we can determine durability of materials?
