Does any one have experience of the Simba hybrid pro mattress that comes in a box? Mostly reviews are good but read a couple that said after a year or so it sagged and went soft got a replacement and the second one did the same. Has any one got experience of these hybrid matresss that are foldable? Do they all go soft after a year or 2 even though they have a 10 year garantee? Does any one have one that has stayed firm and hrld its shape?

Sorry to hear your mattress is experiencing a breakdown in the foam so shortly after you bought it. I haven’t used that mattress, but I did a quick look and based on the pricing, my guess is they’re using a less than adequate/durable foam for most body types.
No quality mattress should experience any sort of foam failure prior to 5 years of use (depending on the foam type and density). Most are in good shape for much longer than that (closer to 10 years). Some are still in good shape well over that, as long as 20 years! Even if they came/come in a box.
Are you able to send them an image of the mattress with the indentation to make good on their warranty?
It’s possible some people have had a good streak of luck with these beds. It’s dependent on body type/weight, activities on the mattress, if there’s a proper support for the mattress, etc.
