We just purchased two Dormeo 6800 twin XL beds with Reverie adjustable vases from Sleep Country. We are finding the beds too firm (we thought we asked for medium not firm support). We would like to exchange them but wanted to know what brands at Sleep Country you would recommend. We had a Sterns and Foster bed for 13 years. We would like a memory foam type of bed but find the Tempur Leduc type too hot.
Any recommendations?

Tempur-pedic and memory foam mattresses tend to sleep hot, so you may want to avoid these types of mattresses if you don’t like hot mattresses. Latex on the other hand is neutral. Did you think of simply adding a 2" or 3" latex topper to the mattress you have now? That would help reduce painful pressure points and increase the comfort of your mattress.
As for recommendations, it’s best if you go in store and try some mattresses, there’s too many variables and your PPP for us to make a selection for you.
