This certainly isn’t a “premium” mattress and I’m not so sure why someone would buy a mattress that used 3 lb memory foam unless it was for a guest bedroom, for temporary use where durability wasn’t an important issue, or there was absolutely no way they could spend just a little more and buy a mattress that used better quality materials.
Most of the reviews for “cheap” mattresses like this are more about the “deal” that people believe they got than they are about the quality or suitability of the mattress.

I had this exact mattress I believe, maybe one from walmart? but I think same brand. It was nice and firm/dense nice feeling memory foam for about 3-4 months then already began to rapidly soften up significantly… less so on my lighter wifes side but I ended up rotating it and wearing down both sides pretty fast. We did use it for several years and felt it was still comfortable but not sure how well it aligned but I never got sore from it. I would expect 2 years max out of it, maybe even little as 6 months to a year depending on how picky you are. heavier you are the faster itll soften up
