My wife and I are in the process of considering a new latex mattress purchase. Several days ago we went to a Savvy Mattress dealer in our area to get some idea of what we want & need.
This experience was pleasant with the sales person being very kind and patient while we tried a few different combinations. After leaving we noted that while it was a pleasant experience, it was not very helpful to us. The sales person seemed to focus on “making us happy” rather than guiding us to the correct layers configuration.
I then took what I could from that experience coupled with the vast magnitude of information from this site and approached SleepEZ.
I had taken the time to prepare an email before calling them. This email identified our height, weight, sleeping positions, age, detailed back pain descriptions and the results of our “test” in the Savvy Rest show room.
While discussing our needs, the SleepEZ rep., Jodie, was very kind, and did not interrupt when I was talking. I could tell she had soaked in my email details and was actually using that information to assist her to guide me to a proper configuration. Later in the evening I was reading an email she had sent to me confirming the configuration we had talked about on the phone earlier. She commented that upon further reflection that we could make two changes which would allow for greater comfort for me while I lose approximately 120 pounds over the next 18 - 24 months.
Her recommendations made lots of sense. I was wowed by her obvious committment to what is best for us rather than just “closing a sale”.
