At long last I am here to report success in my quest for zzzzʻs. The topper was iffy for a while, but we have done it. This took longer than i liked, but here is how I built out my nocturnal nest.
6" organic dunlop latex mattress from Soaring Heart
2" dunlop latex topper from Soaring Heart
La Noodle topper from Cozy Pure
Thick wool fleece topper from Holy Lamb Organics
Knit jersey sheets
Wool comforter, wool and latex pillows.
My goal was sleep, but it needed to be non toxic, as clean as could be. I have MCS and itʻs no laughing matter. I also have a host of joint and muscle issues, comfort is elusive.
I canʻt begin to tell you how much I appreciate this website, your help has been tremendous.
Thank you!
Phoenix, the La Noodle was the ʻpiece d resistanceʻ. The soft dunlop was too springy and needed to be thicker. I tried wool topper, it was great for a while.
I tested talalay toppers in all thicknesses, did not like them, but I kept watching the video and reading here. The La Noodle did not look like enough, but it is. The perfect froth on a delicious treat that is called rest. Nirvana can be reached.

While each person can have very different opinions about toppers … as you probably know I’m also a “fan” of our Lanoodles topper as well
