where can I find a solid latex (not shredded or noodles) body pillow?
ideal size would be about 50” X 15” hight 6”.

Check with @CST (CST body Pillow Latex)
Possibly @Sleep_EZ or @Arizona_Premium can custom make you one, but I think @CST may be the best option.
