Spindle Mattress CS Phone Number?

I have not posted on this forum in years. I’m interested in the Spindle mattress but after reading a very recent post on Reddit about them not having a phone number posted on their website, and the poster getting no replies to his email questions that has me concerned about purchasing a mattress from them and future support.
I know that they sold their business in 2022. Business profile](Spindle Mattress :: The Mattress Underground) to this company. Open Store based in Miami.
Does anyone here know their CS phone number? Has anyone here purchased a mattress from them recently and had any problems?
I have emailed them asking for their CS phone number. I’ll post back if I get a reply.

Hi Bob,

Spindle has gone through a couple of phases as you articulated in your post. They still do quality work with their unique style of layering in their mattresses. If they weren’t achieving that same level of quality they were known for, it would not meet TMU standards and we would have to change direction.

In any case here is their CS number so you can inquire with them about any questions you might have. 332-288-2308.

Thanks for the number. Spindle has gone through a number of phases. I spoke to a customer rep at that number who is also now the new owner. It is no longer owned by Open Store. He was a bit surprised that I knew the phone number. I mentioned the fact that there is no cs number on his website. He told me that he would rather be contacted by email at [email protected]. I don’t agree. If I have a problem with a purchase I would like to talk to a real person.
The new Spindle now sources out their mattress manufacturing to Latex Sleep, aka, Wolfe Manufacturing, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Their current mattresses do not come with individually cloth wrapped foam layers. He told me that there was a problem with the cloth bunching up.That he said has to be changed on their website. Otherwise they are manufactured to the same specs as before.
He just now answered my email request for the cs phone number but did NOT give it to me. Curious as to how you obtained it?
