We are not local and could not visit and try Spindle beforehand. Neal is very helpful and personable. He is responsive and answered my questions, issues and concerns and made the process and decision as easy as it could be. I also want to say thanks to Kim for his time and conversation.
We purchased a Firm mattress (with Neal’s guidance for our circumstances) and after nearly 3 weeks, my wife and I both appreciate the mattress. This is our first experience with a latex mattress and we are both quite comfortable with the mattress and the decision.to purchase it. It makes it easier that Spindle provides its customers with a lot of time to purchase another 3" layer for a very modest price, if necessary, down the road.

As you know I think highly of Neal and Spindle and it’s great to hear that your experience there was just as good as so many of the other members here that have purchased a mattress there.

I would like to echo the thanks for the information on this site! I’ve been reading through the forum for several weeks, and narrowed it down to the Spindle Abscond. I was hesitant to purchase before testing out the mattress, since I’m brand new to latex mattresses, so we popped by the showroom on the way home from a holiday weekend. Neal kept the shop open on a Sunday, was super helpful in answering our questions, and made it clear that he would work with us in terms of convenient shipping.
We decided on the Medium, which he said was the most popular option (that makes sense – it’s super comfortable), and we’re looking forward to getting it!
Thanks for taking the time to share your comments and feedback about Neal and Spindle Mattress as well (and you aren’t the first one to report that he stayed after hours to let them test mattresses).
