I’ve seen lists from many years ago that list suggested retail stores in Ontario that sell qualty latex mattresses but was wondering if there would be an updated list. We’re seniors who couldn’t deal with mattresses in a box. The thought of returning one is painful. We would prefer a retailer where it could be tested in store and be delivered with setup. Unfortunately mattress reviewers only review matreeses in a box.

Unfortunately with all the turmoil in the business and retail worlds in the last few years, we cannot provide geographic listings for local manufacturers and retailers. You are correct, most reviews are for the ‘big brands’ and ‘bed in a box’ mattresses…but also remember, reviews tend to be written mostly by those with complaints…and others are pure ‘Marketing’…so it’s wise to read any of those with a somewhat skeptical eye!
Remember, any mattress the both of you find ideal will be based on your Stats (height, BMI, sleeping position(s) and any underlying health conditions) and your PPP (Posture & alignment, Pressure relief, and Personal preferences) so if you find any specific mattresses you have questions on, and provide your Stats and PPP, we may be able to assess them for suitability and support.
