Without going into the details of my less than successful experience with AZPM, I need to find someone
who can sell me a 3" Split Cal King topper (two 32"x84" pieces) of Vita Talalay Superior (Blended) in 19 ILD
(S4 / W4S) in order to finish the conversion of my conventional S&F innerspring mattress into a hybrid
(zippered cover, 3" 19ILD, 3" 28ILD, 7" coils)
I DO NOT want Vita Talalay Natural 19ILD (N5).
Any leads are appreciated as I don’t have time to call every trusted MU retailer to suss out what they sell
(which is almost never clearly indicated on their website).
Welcome to The Mattress Underground ! Thanks for your question.
Vita Talalay latex is manufactured by Radium Foam. When researching whether a manufacturer uses Vita Talalay as a latex option, the simplest way is to check their product certifications. For example, expert trusted member Sleep EZ offers Vita Talalay latex toppers (not the size you’re looking for), you can see from this Eco-institute certification that Radium Foam is the supplier. Per TMU’s Trusted Member Program, each participating business subscriber participates based on their high level of experience, high-quality standards, willingness to provide transparency in all practices, and superior customer service. Unfortunately, none of them offers a product in Vita Talalay latex in the size that you are looking for (Split Cal King Topper), so there are no further options here at TMU.
As you don’t have time to make a lot of calls, you may try using this Vita Talalay store finder or contact them via email. Good luck with your search and thanks for stopping by.
Sensei:
I just need the raw foam topper, not a manufactured mattress.
I know that Vita Talalay is made by Radium and is marketed as Talalux by LatexCo here in the USA.
I just need this drop shipped from LatexCo straight to me.
Who wants my business (other than AZPM) ?
You seem somewhat frustrated with the difficulty of your search. As you “know that Vita Talalay is made by Radium and is marketed as Talalux by LatexCo here in the USA.” and ask for “this drop shipped from LatexCo straight to me.”, you are likely also aware that LatexCo is a supplier of foam to the B2B industry and as such may not work directly with consumers. As I previously suggested with Radium, try reaching out to LatexCo directly. LatexCo has a Contact Usemail form, live chat service, as well as phone number: 562-946-3222. Get in touch with them at your convenience and they will be happy to discuss what options may be available for purchasing components or which of their partners could source Vita Talalay latex to you.
Also as mentioned in the previous post response, none of our trusted membersoffer Vita Talalay latex in 32" x 84" sizes, so there are no further options here at TMU. Your best bet is to use either of the two contact points above and I hope that you find the Vita Talalay latex for finishing your hybrid DIY.
