Thanks to you and this site, I am much better educated than the sales people at the mattress stores. Went to Mattress World to check out the Restonic. When I aske for specs they had to guess what the top layer was. Didn’t have a clue. Guess I will be going with Brooklyn with a bed base from Adjustable.org. So much less expensive.

Sadly … this is true in many cases and even an hour or two on the site will often lead to a member being more informed about meaningful information than the majority of salespeople who sell mattresses in the mainstream industry.
At least the site if developing a pool of people who could probably do a better job selling mattresses and educating consumers if there is ever a shortage or they need a “career change” 
Not to mention more open and transparent about the materials they use, their knowledge and experience, and better “value” as well.
