Just wanted to pop by and say thanks to the forum and website for being so helpful! I’ve been looking to replace a 7 year old coil mattress with a new foam mattress for a new platform bed in my new apartment, and until I stumbled on this forum I was super lost. I was going to purchase a Zinus from Amazon, but doing a google search, not much came up for the company except more shopping links and this forum, which sort of confirmed some of my worst fears about buying a mattress unseen online. But, perusing and searching and reading all sort of very helpful articles and posts brought me to the DreamFoam Arctic Dreams mattress in Full. I love that it’s USA made, has confirmed quality materials, and is definitely in my grad-student budget (with 10% discount it’s actually cheaper than some of the Amazon ones I was looking at!). I feel much more confident about this purchase now. I know it’ll be a bit of an adjustment from my old coil one, but I’m pretty easy to please and would be surprised if I hated it. Either way, since these posts were so helpful, I’ll try to remember to come back and relay my experience once it gets set up in a few weeks.
