TLDR: Need recommendations for layers in topper and or swapping out materials to reduce shoulder pressure points sleeping on side.

Hi All. Long time Mattress Underground lurker. Hoping for some suggestions to relieve some of my shoulder pain and numbness. I feel like I am 90% there with the topper layers I have been experimenting with.
This Kluft mattress we have is very nice, just too firm for me when side sleeping. I do not want to exchange it as my partner likes it a lot as is. I find it’s too firm in the middle of the night on my shoulders and hips after sleeping on side for a while, gets slightly painful, stiff and numb. Having used SOL toppers in the past, I purchased some layers from them to try to alleviate the shoulder pressure points. To further complicate things I have to use the Woolrom wool quilted mattress protector as a final layer as my son often comes to sleep with us in the middle of the night and need to protect from accidents.
Best combinations I have tried so far:
1.) 2" Medium SOL
2.) 1" Soft SOL over 1" 4lb Gel Memory Foam
3.) 1" Soft SOL over 1" Medium SOL - was ok but #1 was better pressure relief
Worst:
1.) 3" of talalay SleezEZ medium - my hips sank too much and the pushback felt weird to me.
2.) 1.5" of Saatva talalay - ok but didn’t relieve pressure. Very soft. Tried on top of the medium SOL, still meh. Didn’t add anything good.
I will be receiving the 2" of Plushbeds Medium Latex (28ILD) today and suspect it will take the #1 spot as it’s slightly softer than the medium SOL. I feel like I’m 90% from perfect. I prefer the feel of latex but I don’t think it’s 100% relieving the shoulder pressure. I also feel like I’m lacking a thing plush layer for it to feel luxurious. We sleep too hot so afraid of memory foam as a top layer. We tried this Kluft topper in store and a Vispring Oppulence and those felt amazing. Not willing to spend $3800 and not sure they would solve shoulder pressure on their own.
So ultimate question is how would I add that luxury plush feel and reduce that last bit of shoulder pressure by adding (or replacing) the components I already have? I am still within the 30 day window of return for SOL. Have been thinking of adding wool or very soft latex to replicate the Kluft topper on top of what I have. Mattress is already so high though Help!
