Experienced users get more forum rights over time, so that they can help everyone maintain and moderate the community they generously contribute so much of their time to. The level of proficiency of forum use of any particular contributor can be viewed under the user card or profile in the badges section.
Users can become certified (and licensed) as they go through the tutorials. Our friendly Discobot, will guide you through interactive tutorials that teach how to best use our forum> just play for a few minutes in the forum “sandbox” (IMO Best and most fun way to do any learning) 
… Here is how to activate the tutorials:
Becoming Certified
- Login > go to Your Account > Personal messages
> open 1st message named “Greetings!” from the Discobot > type @discobot start tutorial> send the message
Alternatively … You can also create a new message … e.g. …Your Account > message > create a new message > To field type @discobot > type in the message box @discobot start tutorial > send the message

Discobot reply #1 will immediately be generated > reply to the Discobot following the instructions
… E.g. the next instruction will be to bookmark the personal message -
Once action is performed. a new Discobot Reply #2 will be generated with further instructions … Continue the interactive tutorial (approx. 20 steps). Upon completion you’ll be issued a Certificate
Becoming Licensed

@discobot> message box type@discobot start advanced-tutorial> send the message -
A discobot reply will be generated > follow the instructions … to completion. Licence badge will be generated.
