Two Different Density Layers in One Cover

I’m thinking of ordering two 1" latex toppers here sleeponlatex (one soft-medium & one soft) and asking if they will put both of them together in one 2" cover.

  1. Has anyone on this forum done this, and if so, would you recommend it?
  2. Should I just get each layer in its own cover?

My thinking is that the covers could negatively dampen the natural springiness of the latex. Am I being too anal?

Hi psimmond,

I’m not sure how much difference you would feel in practical terms either way but if it was me I would put both layers inside the same cover both for the sake of cost and for the sake of the convenience of having a single topper.
