Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to you today with an important safety warning regarding some fraudulent websites that are impersonating or falsely claiming to represent MFC (or simply using our brand name to mislead customers).

The Warning: Websites operating under:

https://memoryfoamcomfortforlife.shop

These sites have been identified as a scams. These site are NOT affiliated with us, nor are they authorized seller of our products. They have stolen our logos and our photos to try and fool potential customers and steal their information.

What to Watch Out For: These fraudulent site are likely offering products at unrealistically low prices, claiming “great quality” and “easy transactions” to lure unsuspecting shoppers. However, reports indicate that:

  • They may take payment without ever delivering goods.

  • They may collect personal and financial data for identity theft.

  • The domains were only registered recently (June 2023) and lack any legitimate business history or verified contact information.

How to Stay Safe:

  1. DO NOT visit `any of these website and do NOT enter any payment information there.

  2. DO NOT trust any unsolicited emails or ads directing you to this URL.

  3. ONLY shop with us through our official channels:

If You Have Already Purchased There: If you have already made a transaction on the fake site, we strongly urge you to:

  • Contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately to report unauthorized charges and request a chargeback.

  • Change any passwords if you created an account on that suspicious site.

  • Monitor your bank statements closely for further unusual activity.

  • Report the website to Google, that so far has refused to take them down.

We have reported these fraudulent website to Google Safe Browsing to help shut it down and protect other consumers. If you want to help, please report them as well.
