WHY IS TEMPUR PEDIC SENDING OUT THEIR TOPPERS FROM OUTSIDE VENDORS (TARGET, AMAZON) IN SUCH DEPLORABLE PACKAGING? HERE IS A PHOTO OF A TOPPER BOUGHT FROM TARGET BY SHIPPED BY TEMPURPEDIC. IT LOOKS USED AND ITS NOT PROTECTED. HOW COULD TEMPUR PEDIC DO THIS?

We don’t sell Tempur pedic toppers but we do sell 5lb memory foam. Since we ship factory direct, each topper is sliced from a bigger block, rolled in a packaging plastic and then bagged or boxed for shipping. This method of packaging and shipping is quite common when buying direct from a processing plant.
As long as your product is new and not damaged or stained in any way, it should be safe and sanitary to use.
