Hello, I would like to enquire about how to get access to vita talalay products in Singapore. Only saw it through taobao by Alibaba, not too sure about its legitimacy… Is there an alternative way? I don’t mind buying from Netherlands directly if there’s a store and shipping/forward freight method available
I would think you need to email them or call them directly for a source near you. Unless they have a MAP on their website with a locator of users of their product.
You may want to email Mattress Makers of San Diego (a Trusted Member here) as they use Vita for some of their products made here in the USA for a contact person or other contact.
Good luck on your quest!

Are there any nearer to my region like in Asia? Thailand or china?
I think I emailed the person you stated, through his website
They only sell shredded latex products? I am looking for blocks for mattress topper and pillows, do they sell those?
I wasnt suggesting you order from them, but get information on who to contact at vita since they use it
Thanks, do you have more people to contact?
Let ne work on that. See what i can come up with
Try these folks in Singapore, even if they dont have it, they may know where to get it.
or this

Try contacting these two places and see if they can offer you any leads.
I saw that website, just unsure on the authenticity of their products, taobao has vita talalay too but i have the same issue with them. I will contact them to see what i can find…is talalay from belgium that is used to make verde mattress same as vita talalay?
Is a vita talalay pillow supposed to be priced at $375 sgd which is 282.57$ usd?
That is expensive. A Talalay Global pillow is 69-89 USD .
The 282$ is the price i got from their website haha, thats why its hard to find legitimate product at a good price, the price on taobao is $100+ sgd which is around $85-95 usd

It’s in yuan, about 132.56 usd, I worry about the legitimacy of this product
Hi, another user from Singapore here looking for information on Talalay latex.
Hate to necro, but I would love to hear from you again if you have bought anything so far.
So far, I find that just about all mattress retailers in Singapore do not sell Talalay, and a good % didn’t know about the distinction between Talalay and Dunlop.
I have so far also narrowed down nearby sources to Taobao sellers. Given the industrious nature of China, I am going to take a risk and buy one and see for myself.
Despite being the hub of rubber tree plantations in SEA, I was unable to find Talalay sources in Thailand/Malaysia.
There are sources from Thailand but those are hard to find legitimate ones as well , I just got mine from 苏老伯 on taobao, it feels very just nice to sleep on and has lasted for about more than 1 year, I am still sleeping on it and bought my father one pillow and mattress topper as well
This is medium-firm I think, I checked on Gemini and with the owner, he said his pillow is 50d and Gemini said that’s medium firm not sure how accurate it is
Thank you! I think one of the issues with buying from China is translating “Talalay” into Chinese. It seems like using “特拉雷” (Tèlǎlěi) nets the best results.
Anyway, that settles it then. I will get my mattresses from them.
I wouldnt get the whole mattress from them , a mix of dunlop for transition layer, vita talalay for comfort layer and spring for the support layer is what i did then get a 6 sided mattress cover from taobao china
But in my case i had to measure and calculate what i need so the mattress cover best be 91-92cm wide and 190-191cm long and the inner layers best be 1 cm smaller each also so they can fit
This way you can unzip the mattress and spray wash the inside every year so you wont be needing to dump it any time soon
That’s the idea! I am going to get some layers of dunlop and talalay and put them into a zippable (unquilted) cover.
I have a naughty cat that likes to pee on the bed sometimes, so being able to wash easily is why I’m going down the DIY route.
