I’ve finally figured out what I want but can’t seem to find it. I’d really like to not have to DIY especially since what I’m looking for isn’t that complicated.

Which mattress will give me a L&P pocketed coil base with multiple progressive comfort layers made of latex or poly, and memory foam that I can unzip and switch out myself? I plan to get 2 Twin XL mattress configured slightly differently for each of us and buy a L&P adjustable base separately (not sure from where). I do not want just a single latex comfort layer on top but one inbetween is fine for durability. We enjoy the sinking-in feeling of memory foam so that would definitely be on top.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

You may be interested in Arizona Premium which sounds like exactly what you’re looking for in terms of springs, latex, and an encasement. I think you’d need to buy the memory foam layer separately, but if you let Ken (the owner of Arizona Premium) know what you’re up to, he’d help you make sure you get the right memory foam components and may have a recommendation on that front.
