We have a Sterns and Foster that was purchased about 18 months ago. It started to sag about 8 months ago. I am in the process of trying to get a replacement. Sears would like a picture of the law tag. There is not white tag that says “do not remove”. There is only a barcode that says do not remove under penalty of law. There is no way we removed the white tag. This mattress was about 3800$ total. My husband can’t really sleep on it anymore because of his back, any tips on getting Sears to uphold warrenty?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the mattress.
There should be I believe another law tag that also shows what the upholstery content of the mattress is as well, it would be odd that there would only be a barcode and nothing else.
If you have a copy of the invoice as well as photos of all the tags on the mattress and good documentation of the body indentations it may be possible to bypass Sears and contact Sealy directly regarding warranty and service.
