The short answer is that to be a Trusted Member on TMU, a prospective member has to be interested in and willing to go through our approval process.
There are many, many companies out there who aren’t currently TMU Trusted Members who sell perfectly wonderful products, have great transparency, and superb customer service. This is why we offer so many resources to help our subscribers find a great mattress retailer/manufacturer. Ultimately the mattress choice a person makes will be based on their research, preferences, and testing. We just want to make that experience as easy and positive as possible!
