You are an answer to prayer at this point and are doing better than some of supposed experts I have checked with at big box stores; mattress underground ones being the exception though. Good to know about using the chat, wasn’t sure that part was real people behind it or missed that in your post…sleep deprived over here. I will check with them in the morning. I was thinking about visiting Saatva showroom too even though heard rumors of them being hot and hard. Now, guess I will hold off at least for now. For you are another one who switched from them. I hoping they will be able to do white glove delivery since I am right outside Washington DC in Northern VA and they have a Depot there and I am weak/by myself😄
Ps. One last thing trying not to be a bother. What is a dust might cover? Which one do you use? I am severely allergic to dust mites and have used a microfiber encasement in the past that allergist recommended in the past from mission allergy but everyone says to stop using traps heat.
