Xtreme Discount Mattress Virgo Plush Talalay
Any thoughts on this mattress? It felt really comfy, and their whole motto is selling high end luxury mattresses for 1/3 of the price without the big name tags of the major chains. My only concern is they only offer a 30-day sleep trial where I could only exchange once, not return, with 15 year warranty. In theory this won’t matter if I love the mattress. What are your opinions on the advertised construction and any other thoughts?

It’s tough to really know how the Virgo Plush will hold up without seeing the actual foam densities, especially for the gel and quilting foams. That’s usually where the weak links are hiding in builds like this. If those layers are lower quality, they’ll be the first to soften or break down, even if the latex and coils underneath are solid.
If you’re on the lighter side, sometimes you can “get away with it” because you’re not putting as much stress on the foams. But for average or heavier builds, the durability of those upper comfort foams makes a big difference in how long the mattress will stay supportive and comfortable.
Did you test the mattress? What did you think when you were laying on it?
