Today has been 4 weeks since I ordered the Ultimate Hybrid and it still has not shipped. I contacted APM via email last week and they told me it would ship this week. Contacted again a few days ago and they said it would go out Thursday. Still nothing. While I expected this I for sure didn’t think it would be 5-6 weeks before I receive my order…

Their website states 2-3 weeks and same with the order. This should be updated or customers should be contacted if it’s going to be longer. After reading many reviews it seems like the general consensus seems to be 4 weeks+ I’m not sure why they are misguiding customers to 2-3 weeks.

Hope I don’t regret this purchase…

Your order is shipping today. I could never imagined the devastation and disruption of freight moving from coast to coast that the 2 hurricanes caused. Our latex used for our Ultimate Hybrid flows from the factory in CT to the distribution center in TX. That flow was greatly affected and thus caused shortages with our production. I apologize for the delay.
