I’ve had only positive experiences with Bowles. I just retired an 18 year old Bowles inner spring pillow top mattress. The springs were still good, but the pillow top stuffing had finally collapsed to where it was uncomfortable. I kept the springs and made it into the new DIY mattress that I’m now sleeping on (Wool Source For DIY Build? - #3 by cmyoung19).
We’re also planning to upgrade to a split king soon, and actively considering the Bowles Latex Hybrid and Serene Hybrid (one twin XL of each). We tried the 13” Baden mattress in store and liked it, but we both fell in love with the hybrids. I didn’t try the Kodiak or Imperial, but the layer design looks like they would both be very supportive and comfortable. Bowles uses quality materials, so I think longevity of all of these options would be good.
