Can I put an all latex mattress on a solid base?

I just returned a Purple 3 for being far too firm, but I am stuck with the so-called “free” adjustable base I received with it as a part of a promotion (unless I want to pay a pickup and restocking fee). Because of this, I was only looking at latex hybrid mattresses, as while in my local mattress store they told me that full latex mattresses needed to go a on a slatted base so they can breath. I just found another post of yours that sounds like that is not the case. Would I be able to put one of your all-latex mattresses on this base, without compromising the breathability or any other aspect?

Here in our showroom in Phoenix, AZ where it’s around 110 today you will find 16 beds on display with 15 of them on adjustable bases. My point is even if the latex is somewhat choked off from below it still breathes from the side and top. In my opinion there is no better mattress made for adjustable bases than latex. I sleep on a full latex mattress on an adjustable base myself and believe me if it slept hot I would not be on it and probably wouldn’t sell it either.
