Thank you so much for this knowledgable site. My husband and I have been researching mattresses for a couple weeks now. Our old spring matteress is killing both our backs! Thanks to this site, we have definitely decided on a new latex. Now we are just narrowing down the choices. The front runner at the moment is Brooklyn Bedding’s 10" Total Latex, but we just discovered Cozy Pure, so we’re not done yet. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.

The members of the site (and other manufacturers as well) certainly provide a great range of high quality and value mattresses and sometimes the most difficult part is deciding which one of many great options is the best “match” for our "personal value equation.

One person and one better choice (and less “dubious” choice) at a time is the best way for the industry as a whole to slowly change and for manufacturers and retailers that are more transparent and have better better quality and value to gain the market share that they deserve.

Looks like we are going to get the Wellington by Luxepedic. Just love the feel of the tempur pedic cloud Luxe and they seem to have make a great duplicate.

Wrong bed. We are going with the Select Foam Cirrus Luxe-es13. Build to the Tempur Cloude Luxe matress.

I think my husband and I are going to get the Ultimate Dreams Latex Mattress from Dreamfoam, in either 5 or 6 firmness. We’ve test driven a few mattresses now and have a better feel for what is a good choice for us, thanks to this site!

Thanks for all of the hard work and information provided on the site. My girlfriend and I will be ordering the King 10" latex mattress from ultimate dreams.
We’re planning to lean slightly on the firmer side (perhaps a 5) and probably compliment that with a wool topper, the density of which will depend on how we like the level of firmness when we get the bed.
We’re using this frame which is quite solid.

I am zeroing in on BB --either 10 Total latex or the 14" Aloe Alexis.

I’m finally ready to place the order for our new Brooklyn Bedding Aloe Alexis King Mattress! We are going with the level 6 firmness to start with knowing it is the most popular. We may or may not end up switching that out later, their 120-day trial is a great value.
What do I need to do to receive the 5% discount and two free latex pillows from Brooklyn Bedding when placing my order?

Thanks for the help Phoenix. I’ll try to get ahold of them during lunch today and place the order.
It looks like the Genius Hi Rise frame in King size is OOS on Brooklyn Bedding, so I will order that from Amazon along with the Malouf SLEEP TITE mattress protector.
I also plan on writing up a quick initial review after a few nights on the mattress and then hopefully a more in-depth review after a month or two. Thanks for providing such a great site!
