My wife (5-3/150) and I (6-0/185) are looking for a new mattress for our Sandpoint Idaho home.
Didnāt see anyone listed in the membership that looked reasonably closeā¦
Spokane or Couer dāAlene are easy, but driving to Missoula, Seattle or Portland seems a bit much.
Iām not opposed to ordering online; from what I can see, the Christeli product looks to be of good quality.
Comments or suggestions?

Hopefully youāve had the chance to read the tutorial post here which has all the basic information and links to the most important posts in the forum that can help you make the best possible choices ā¦ and know how and why to avoid the worst ones ā¦ all in one place.
Once you are at step 3 ā¦ then the better options and possibilities Iām aware of in the Spokane and Coeur dāAlene areas are listed in post #4 here.
The tutorial post also has a link to some of the better online memory foam retailers and manufacturers Iām aware of (including Christeli) if you are also interested in considering online options.

We visited the Quality Sleep Shop (My Green Mattress) La Grange, IL location this morning.
Tim Masters was in the store and spent a lot of time explaining how he makes the mattresses and about the materials that go into them. We were also able to tour the on-site factory. We chose a set and were able to customize it by adding a layer and changing a material, excellent customer service. Overall, Tim made it a very comfortable experience during our purchase of a new mattress set today!

Phoenix, thank you for all of the information on this website. Having so much feedback from others helped me feel more confident purchasing online when I couldnāt test the mattresses. We replaced the mattress & foundation for our guest bed and experienced great customer service from SleepEz. Now that Iām ready to replace the other mattresses, pillows, and bedding in our house I find myself back here to help with our decisions.

Apparently there is only the 30-day trial as per my chat with Gunhee on the T&N website. Has the situation changed?
Me: also, there is apparently an āextendedā trial period instead of the 30-day trial. how long is this extended trial?
Gunhee: We actually only offer the 30 night trial. This starts the day you receive the mattress
Me: ok that is different from what we were informed in MU i.e. that MU members get an extended trial.
Gunhee: Oh I am sorry if there was any confusion on MU.

Not to my knowledge no. The salesperson you were dealing with may not have been aware of the extended trial period for the members here.
ADDED: I just called and talked with JT and he decided to make it a specific 30 day extension for those who need it just to avoid any confusion and he will communicate this to the sales team to make sure they are aware of it. Iāve updated the members list to reflect this as well as added a link to this post in my previous reply here.
The reality is that almost everyone will know within 30 days whether the mattress is a good match for them but itās always nice to have some extra time for those that arenāt sure at the end of their first month
