Hi - I own a Charles P Rogers King Estate 9000 Luxury Plush mattress. It has been spectacular but it weighs a ton. My husband passed away last year and I can barely move the darn thing. I love the fact that I can unzip the top cover and flip each upper pad to either soft or firmer. I would love a mattress like that but one that does not weigh so much.

I am not completely clear on what you are hoping to do, so I want to make sure I understand correctly. First, what size is your mattress? Second, are you looking to replace the mattress entirely, or are you interested in replacement cassettes for the mattress you currently own with lighter inserts?
If your current setup is not a split internal design and instead uses one large cassette, you could contact CPR to see whether they can provide split internal comfort layers. A single latex layer can weigh close to 100 lbs, more or less. If that layer were split into two pieces, each section would be considerably lighter. If CPR can split your existing comfort layer into two sections, that alone may solve the problem.
Mattresses like the @DLX latexlux offer a split internal latex layer, although flipping them will result in the same firmness. The same applies to the @HelixSleep Elite series. These layers can be ordered in different split firmness options and can be rotated, but not flipped. An authorized dealer such as @yawnder can order a split internal comfort layer for a king mattress, with one side soft and the other medium or firm. These comfort layers will also be lighter than the latex layers you currently have. Or someone like @Arizona_Premium can craft two inserts for whatever sized bed you have, to lighten the load of a single layer.
Another option is a dual-sided comfort topper, similar to the Helix dual comfort topper, which is soft on one side and firmer on the other.
I have several toppers at home. My 3" firm latex topper is quite heavy, even for me at 6’ and 220 lbs. The Helix Premium topper is much easier to maneuver, but it still might be more than you want to handle. A dual-sided comfort topper may be a more practical solution. There is no unzipping involved. You simply place it on the mattress and, if you want the other firmness, you rotate the topper.
You can also contact CPR and ask whether there are split latex or latex-alternative options that would work inside your mattress that will provide similar comfort. If your mattress is a king, you may be able to use two Twin XL inserts, which would cut the weight in half.
One of my toppers, the Malouf ActiveDough topper, is also dual-sided. When you flip it, one side feels firmer than the other because the two sides use different memory foam materials. This type of option might work, but it is a stab in the dark.

I am sorry i did not see this sooner. I guess I am looking to replace the mattress since I cannot manhandle it anymore. I like the fact that the top unzips and you can turn the foam over for a different hardness. But the weight is just too much. It is a king and the foam sections are split but not the whole mattress. And I flip them but like to rotate the mattress. I cannot really even lift it to fit sheets on. Really the heaviest mattress I have ever seen.

One option is to get a topper you are comfortable with that will align with all of your comfort preferences and you can flip or simply rotate the topper.

If youre doing it alone, just about any mattress will be hard to handle unless it’s a full size or less. But the topper can make it feel like you’re basically on a different bed and be easier to handle like Maverick said
