I need a mattress that I’ll probably only be using for the last 2 years (possibly, though unlikely, longer) of college. Thought the Helix Midnight looked good but its around 1800. So I’m looking to get a cheaper mattress, maybe 1200 (or even less expensive if possible) and then I’ll get a mattress topper for it.
Stats: Male 5’8" 160lbs, toss+turn (side, stomach, back), prefer a medium-soft mattress, like the idea of a spring mattress with a memory foam on top–so like a hybrid (but doesn’t have to be0)
I don’t sleep cool/hot or anything though like to be on the cooler side. Also, I’ve heard about latex, water beds, they both sound good but idk if I need nor want them
Really appreciate your help! If you have any recommendations for a great topper as well
